The PA19 project is a residential development located in the prestigious Dubai Hills Estate, adjacent to the Emaar Business Park. The project is developed by Emaar, a world-renowned developer of master-planned communities known for iconic projects such as the Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building, and Dubai Mall. The PA19 project was delivered as an entry of an invitational design competition.
The PA19 project is designed for busy, work-oriented individuals and small families in their 30s and 40s. The design focuses on efficiency, offering more usable space within a limited unit area with a focus on convenience, time, and comfort. The project is visible from Al Khalil Road and is near the Dubai Hills Estate Central Park.
The residential cluster creates its own open space and views, and the design incorporates elements that result in easy, convenient living and comfort. The development features an introverted design, which creates a serene and private living experience.
The PA19 development has a total gross floor area of 37,555 square meters and a total plot area of 15,979.33 square meters. It features a mix of 162 studio apartments, 162 one-bedroom units, and 153 two-bedroom units, spread across 15 floors and has 499 car parking spots.
