The Marassi Bay development is a luxury beachfront project located in the prime location of Marassi, on the Mediterranean coast in Egypt. The project is developed by Emaar, one of the world's leading developers of master-planned communities, known for many iconic projects such as the Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building, and the largest mall in the world.
The development offers 92 exclusive villas and a community center, all designed to offer a luxurious lifestyle with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. The development offers a variety of villa typologies, including two types of villas in terms of size and three different styles: modern, contemporary, and Mediterranean.
Our design team, winners of an invitational design competition among several other firms, was tasked with creating two types of modern style luxury villas. The design of the villas emphasizes a strong connection with the natural environment, with big windows and large terraces that allow residents to fully enjoy the stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. The villas feature a sleek and modern design, with clean lines and an emphasis on natural light. The use of large cantilever parts and overhangs add to the elegant look and feel of the villas.
The Villa Cova beach collection is a two-floor villa with a total area of 400 square meters, featuring 4 bedrooms, 1 guest room, a rooftop terrace, and a carport. The Villa Cova sunrise collection is a three-floor villa with a total area of 320 square meters, featuring 4 bedrooms, 1 guest room, and a rooftop terrace. Both designs have been thoughtfully crafted to maximize the residents' enjoyment of the natural surroundings and to provide a luxurious living experience.
Working with a world-class company like Emaar was challenging but also rewarding. Our dedicated team proved that it was capable of working to the highest standards, and our design was a great success. This project led to a long-term cooperation with Emaar and opportunities to work on other grand projects.
